 Myotherapist’s are known as the muscle specialists. Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management for soft tissue structures (muscle, fascia, tendons and ligaments). Treatment is directed at decreasing any muscular aches and pains, this can be achieved through deep tissue manipulation/ massage, trigger point release, dry needling, stretching, cupping, postural advice, rock taping and corrective exercises.
