I have always been interested in health and wellbeing, educating myself on diet and nutrition, keeping fit at the gym, dancing and practicing Pilates. After the birth of my first child in 2000, I decided to try Yoga. I was hooked. My intention when starting Yoga was to improve my strength and posture. It has since become a part of my life – the benefits being far more than physical.

I completed my Teacher Training at The Yoga House in Mt Eliza in 2012. I was fascinated by the history of Yoga and how relevant it continues to be today. I was impressed at how Yoga can help mend the body and bring you back to your true self, combating the habits of a modern lifestyle.
I have been teaching with The Yoga House since the start of 2013 and formed Indigo Yoga in Rosebud  in July 2014.

Yoga is an ongoing journey. My intention is to keep evolving, learning and sharing my knowledge with others so everyone has a chance to be their best.
I am a member of Yoga Australia and International Institute of Complementary Therapies.
