Amy first stepped into yoga over 20 years ago and since then has tried most of the styles that yoga has to offer. She began practicing yoga more consistently 5 years ago. Her yoga practices has helped her to heal a lot of grief, pain and insecurities she had been holding onto.

During a yoga retreat she went to with her daughter in 2013 is when she decided she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others; that’s where the journey as a yoga teacher began for Amy.
